The only mention of a code in the first post was "a personalized" code. That means even if they got one they could not share it. If you did not get the pop up when you logged in, you were probably not included in the offer.

I was a very supportive player with Royal Joker and after the transition with ASlots... last week made 4 deposits totalling over $150. I emailed support to see if I can get a comp and got an email "How can we credit you with comp when your account is closed and low and behold when I tried to login it said "The casino has refused to log you on, your user account on the casino has been locked" WTF I emailed them shortly after and no response yet. My account was perfectly fine when it was just Royal Joker but when they joined casinos.. this is the appreciation I get as a loyal player.. "a locked account" dang.. wished I caught the post advising us not to play here.. I would've been happy to deposit my money elsewhere where I wouldn't be locked out..
