Has anyone dep with Bitcoin but withdraw via another method? Just curious how it works, I have a few bucks in Bitcoin to spend but want a check or wire on payout

Bitpay is pretty cool and they give you a debit card!

Not sure if that would work for you. You could ask directly a casino if that would be possible. Maybe, they can make an exception.I have deposited with Bitcoins many times, but also used it as a withdrawal method.

Btw, why wouldn't you use bitcoin for withdrawals? It's the easiest & fastest option. Later on, you can just sell it or request to be wired.
