Here is the reply I got so it looks like their may not be a max withdrawal?

A: The free money and the first deposit bonus are different campaigns.
The first deposit bonus will be triggered as soon as the first campaign will be settled - no balance or deposit.

Once you will deposit for the first time and the bonus will be issued, the player will have to wager 80 times the deposit amount in order to cash the first deposit bonus.

Player can always withdraw their deposit money. If they have not fulfilled the wagering requirements, the bonuses will be cancelled.
