I wonder what my chances are on actually cashing out? My last deposit was like 1 1/2 years ago with them. I rocked the Thanksgiving free chip and still have over $1000 in my account. I know max is $250, but i'm really wondering if they are gonna allow me the cashout? I have quite a few deposits with some of their sister casinos more recently so i wonder if that help my chances.

well chatted with live support, and it seemed as i would be ok for withdrawal from them, she didn't mention nothing about me not qualifing or anything. (I did receive the email at least) I just had to resubmit documents again because last time i sent them, they said they weren't clear enough. I recently got a scanner so these should be plenty clear.

So, now i wait and see if docs are accepted and if my withdrawal will be approved. I cashed out $300, giving me the max of $250 i assume.

They may be a great casino with fast payouts but they suck when it comes to approving documents. My withdrawal so far has been declined twice now, and my documents are yet to be approved.

This is the 3rd time i've sent documents, 1st timei had ever sent them, they weren't good enough, 2nd time was earlier this year, when every other casino accrpted the same one i sent them, they still were not clear enough for CWC, and now, i finally have a scanner, just waiting for them to be approved, and still not approved yet. Not quite 48 hrs yet, but just seems to me if they can reject my withdrawal twice, in the past 48hrs, how come they can't find my documents and get them approved.


Sorry, just venting a little bit, still anxious.

Sorry to hear about the hazzle eishagirls, but once they have been approved you should be fine for ever, lol.

Congrats on your win! I had the same problem with them. Then once they approved everything they still denied it because they had to do a phone verification even though they did it the day before. I have no doubt you will get your money. Maybe you should call them and get the phone verification over with. May this be the begining of a huge lucky streak for you!

Well, found out this morning that they just haven't been receiving my emails. Also, this could have happened because of the files was too large. (over 5mb)

So Natasha of the support team was very helpful and suggested i used the message center within the casino lobby which confirmed for me that one of the files was too large.

I then opened that file, save it as a JPG and it uploaded fine and they finally have now got all of my documents. I guess again i wait and see.

Great reminder for us all Eisha, to save all security docs in .jpg form. Sorry it's been a hassle, but I know it will turn out fine. You'll also be ok'd at all their casinos, all you'll have to do is let them know CW has the info!

Glad that is straightened out. There have been a few times (not with these casinos) that I have had problems getting my documents approved and it is usually something small as that. Certainly not the casinos fault, lol.

well, tried to get by with using the same photo id i had saved already, and they rejected that one again. They did reject my utility bill at 1st, then changed their mind and accepted it. (and it was a complete scan color and everything)

So now, just got my ID scanned and resent, hopefully this will be the last thing and will get approved. Although, i might be screwed still as i just noticed my ID is expired! It expired Oct. 1st!

This will probably get another rejection with my luck. And atm, i don't have the time nor the extra cash to get this taken care until maybe the end of next week! bother!

yeah no need to reverse it, it was a free chip and i'm at the max allowed cashout on it, so would be pointless to reverse. I guess it will just sit there in limbo until i can afford to get my ID renewed.
