Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience? I find if I pick up the phone and call customer service at RTG casinos, and ask - they have unpublished coupons that are great! Last night at Jackpot Capital she gave me an unpublished coupon for 100% match! 
Club World has been generous in that manner too, helping me select the best coupon with most bonus for the types of games I like.
Also happens at Microgaming casinos. If I call customer support at Platinum Play I'm often given a player bonus if I ask. They're the ones who suggested it in the first place - told me they'd check if the pitboss was feeling generous. I've even called and asked if the pitboss is feeling generous and had the customer support person tell me that THEY can be more generous! I've gotten lots of free play from Platinum Play.
I've also been told it's partly the manner in which we ask. Many times the customer support people get the grumpy losers who take their heads off. Some have been quite stunned because I'm nice on the phone. Duh, you get more bees with honey than vinegar!
