If you click on 'casino' it says 20 free in Pounds Sterling... I did not get it either, but I have emailed support... I signed up in Euros though... Will let you know soon.

Thats what I found very odd too, no welcome email with account details, just nothing.
Usually I forget my loginname within 10 seconds after registring, but I save the welcome emails in a separate folder so I can search it back, lol.

And if there's no livechat they should answer emails within an hour or faster, like Inetbet.
I just want support if I need it, this doesn't give me a good feeling about this place.
