i did'nt get them iether set nor thease or the ones earlyer this week wich is so funny let me tell you my story. i used to deposit pretty big amounts at these 2 casinos since they came out never got the spins then while i was depositing then i decided to not plkay there anymore. about 4-6months of not depositing there suddenly i got the free spins every other week for a total of 6 times one at each casino x3. so against my better judgement i started depositing wi9th them again and for 4 weeks i did'nt get them while i deposited in total of 420dollars for those 4 weeks. so will just stop depositing again and see if i dont start getting them again.
funny cause from my observations i only get the spins when i "dont" deposit. so maybe that is the trick to getting the freebies there, simply "dont deposit" will report back a few months from now and see if my theory is correct

No, your theory is not correct, I quit playing there long ago, because I could never ever win anything, and I never got the free spins, only before I made my first deposit there, lol.
I made a few deposits in the past 3 months, but its still the same, I just cannot seem to win anything there, my favourite games are always dead in the water.

I used to think the same thing..I am not sure if I really have changed my thinking on it but finally this week I did get the spins from Villento. I have deposited and played there for a few years. I have never withdrawn. I finally went into their live chat and spoke to someone and told them how unfair it was etc..and asked them to send my comments to their promo department. And low and behold the following week, I did receive some. Don't know if my comments made any difference , it might just be co-incidence. So those of you that feel like you are being looked over when it comes to the free spins, you might want to contact support and explain it to them. Its worth a try..Maybe they just have been overlooking you but not intentionally...(just my thoughts)

thanks for the tip i might just have totry a second time to bring iot to the promotions departments attention again. good to here though that some depositers who never get te spins are finaly getting at least one offer.

Winterlord, glad my post helped you a little bit..unless we share our experiences, we sometimes feel there really is no hope ...
Also I think that you are exactly the customer they should target for the so called perks..the way I look at it is that you have donated ten grand. I am no where close. I probobly donated four grand on rich reels and villento combined. I think they really should do something for you and i really hope you can somehow get your message to the right ears over there. What i find a little suspicious is we never are able to speak to anyone in the mysterious "promotion" department..who are these people? has anyone ever had any interaction with them?

This group has lost mine and my husbands business. Together we have spent a combined total of $1725.00 this year and last year we spent well over $5000.00. We have both gotten free spins 1 time and never anything else but the basic 35% deposit bonus.
