i got the same email went to play them and they weren't there. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me this week. I sent an email, hopefully they get it straight.

I went to live chat via grand Mondial, Chat told me they will be there tomorrow, because with the new upgrade everything is running very slow, so check tomorrow they should be there, I hope this helps everyone.

The worst part about it is I tried to go to live chat at Casino Share and even that has changed. I had to select which casino I was inquiring about (which was casino share, the new US casino) only to be informed that there were no agents for that casino. So I am sorry but I have to agree with the sentiment that we are being pushed off to the side and left for dead.

Well I sent an email and they locked my acct so thee ya go they don't care if the US plays there or not. I agree I think I am going to stop depositing at micro since they don't seem to give 2 ***** about US players.

First, Grand Mondial screwed up my loyalty points. Then, this business with Casino Share, which I must agree is a precursor to Microgaming eventually booting out all USA players. Villento has also dried up on (supposed) VIP status perks, if you're an American player. Jackpot Factory used to send me all kinds of nice stuff, such as free credits and gifts in the mail because I was a VIP, but then they started treating me badly about two years ago, and have grown more and more rude over time. I can't talk to them without being made to feel they are doing me favors just by letting me play. Then Intertops, then Royal Joker,

Actually, I think they're cheating US players. I mean that, too. I think they are cheating us. I'm done gambling online. I don't trust ANY of them anymore.

Finally got thru to live chat and found out that only people that had an active account at Players Palace get the free spins, N/D bonus and match bonus.

So I quess that`s that!!! :comp

All I can say is WoW :think i really think, micro is in their own way, saying, keep playing at our casino's, but USA players are being seperated cause of the laws that are now and will be in effect in June. i am really considering, not donating my hard earn money anymore! :hit (just my opinion) violet57

I didnt get my free spins immediately, but chat told me give it 24 hours and they didnt owe me nothin, but yet i seen lots in another post crying about not recieving anything, well? anything we get back from these places without having to spend should be cheered... they dont owe us anything... i appreciate the gesture when im lucky enough to get those gifts. i know if i go to land based casino they didnt give me 100% on my deposit.. lol

i just wanna say another thing.... regarding posts that are pointed towards the casinos and software being at fault FOR LAWS BY OUR GOVERNMENT.... i cashed out from intertops once lol... best experience ever 10,000 flawless... im sure the casinos will do what they can to straighten your points and stuff out, i applaud the casinos for trying to atleast keep Microgaming casinos available to us, us customers, i like inetbet and its RTG software, but frankly if i couldnt play Microgaming games, id be like a crackhead without his fix. My point is people, atleast the casinos are making an effort, changes of any kind gotta affect them just as bad as they do us, id just like to say thanks to those casinos that make gambling out of our homes (online) a possibility, (those ones that pay) and if i have any anger, or anything to say its going to washington. oh and this doesnt apply to some rogue ones thinking they can change software ahem (grand prive) ahem and a few others, but anyways, and i especially applaud strek staff for making a plce we can talk about everything and anything we want and also they also help keep us safe from those places you cant trust. the casinos that are trustworthy, and pay people, and do everything they can do to satisfy gamblers that 1, LOSE MONEY TO THEM DAILY!!!! which keeping them happy is hard by itself without them losing a ton of money, and two have to deal with probably paying all kinds of fees and stuff just to get our $20 deposit into their account..... i applaud them and staff for efforts they make daily, and to those casinos that take advantage of the situation boo, but anyways i probably said enough i just hope maybe one or two of you all would see it like i do, and start blaming the cause, and not the effect... thanks....

Thanx for the reply! I also talked to Casino Share support and thats not the reply I got but honestly I don't even care any more there are too many casinos out there who do right by me so I will stick to playing at them!
