i hate bugging you,this is so crazy,i logged into inetbet,&other rtgs,it goes into casino,but freezes at user id & password so strange,all of micro working fine,i did uninstall & install again,it downloads fine,but it says when installing,not connected retry,but i am connected,if have any ideas what is blocked,much appreciated,only doing this on rtgs.thanx for any help. lynn:angel

maybe its your windows defender I had that happen to me before I can't rember what I did to fix it though

No haven't had this problem, sorry I can't suggest much apart from clearing out your cookies and cache

you might try emailing support, they may have an idea of how to fix it. How frustrating that would be! Cherry Red has an 800 number, as does Rushmore, I think some of the others do too, you might try a phone call.... good luck!

are you using dial up?
If you do
Maybe it's your dial up blocking them just a thought

Have u tried restarting your pc? A virus can do this too.

it is funny,my husband put a new modem in & it does not work,he put back modem from comcast & it works, what the,but we had to put new modem back on,so all 3 computers will work,so strange,thanx for help though.
