help.villento & rich reels

cannot log into these,it says connecting to casino server forever,i can get into other microgamings with no problems,do not understand.tried uninstall & re install does not work,does not make sense,my internet connection is fine.
any help would be appreciated much.i play at villento the most, now cannot get in.having trouble for 2 days,want to scream really,live chat says not from their side,but it isnt from mine,please help if you can.

There have been many Microgaming casinos the past few days with the same problems. I think it has something to do with the new games they are installing. I had to restart my red flush software 3 times today before it would actually load for me.​

I logged onto my RichReels software today and noticed a change in the way the games download, but other than that it was okay. I hope your problems are gone and you don't have any more. best of luck! violet57

still cannot log in & seems like the ones i can get into,have no new games,what is going on,do not understand,it is like these are stuck in same mode before they upgraded,reformatted,still nothing,can log on but says connecting to the casino,my internet is fine,can get into some.i would love to play at villento & rich reels.never had problems before this.

In the last few days a few of our members experienced a few technical difficulties that resulted from the last Microgaming software upgrade, Microgaming solved this issue and still some of our members reported that the software problem still persists.

If you are experiencing any problem with the games in the software please use this link to re download the casino in your preferred language.

Before you install the casino please follow these steps:

1. Press on the start button, chose GoWild Casino and then press the uninstall button

2. Press on "My Computer" and click on drive C, then click on a folder called Microgaming and delete the folder called GoWild Casino
*If you cannot find this folder on drive C please check your other hard drives.

Maybe you should do the same but with Villento and Rich Reels and then re-install it from their site...

i am really getting annoyed now,i have uninstalled reinstalled,so many micros,even reformatted,nothing,it is still like my casinos are stuck where they were before these changes,cannot even see new games in the micros i can get into,villento & rich reels still no luck,do not get this.i have tried everything.

HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH THE MOST RECENT AUTOMATIC UPDATES FROM MICROSOFT. NEW SPYWARE REMOVAL TOOL UPDATE CAUSED MANY GAMES TO NOT PLAY. YOU MAY CHECK INTO THAT. HAD TO UNINSTALL THAT UPDATE IN ORDER TO PLAY.

still nothing,even called them,took me through steps.do not understand,i have high speed internet,so should connect,soo angry, i want to play.i have comcast,so should be fast enough to connect,i do not know if they can help me.

When you uninstalled, did you uninstall it out of your program files also?

Right click on you start menu, choose explore, go to the C: drive, then find the folder that says Program Files, click on that, then find the folder with the casino, right click on that and choose delete

Reboot your computer and then try to reinstall

If that doesn't work, you may have to take them out of your registry but that can get tricky if you don't know what you are doing.
