Gold Level

In order for you to achieve the Gold level, you will need to accumulate a minimum of 10,000 loyalty points within a one-month period.
Earning Gold-level points:
  • Accumulate 10,000 loyalty points within a month to move up from the Silver level to the Gold level.
  • Gold-level players need to maintain between 10,000 and 24,999 loyalty points in a month, and maintain it to hold on to their Gold status.
Gold-level benefits
  • You may redeem loyalty points for casino cash credits to increase your play time.
  • Players will be eligible for weekly updates from Royal Vegas, regarding exclusive tournaments and promotions which will allow them to earn casino loyalty points faster.
  • Gold-level players will receive a 20,000 loyalty point Birthday Bonus if they log in to the casino on their birthday.
  • Gold-level players earn points at an escalated rate: 5% extra.

i made it to the diamond level this month and platinum many times and trust me on this it is no big whoop. sure you bget a bonus on your b day but now that they don't let you see your reward points you are stuck going to live help then waiting 9 hours for them to give you your bonus. i don't feel like a vip at all. i actually feel so unappreciated i have quit going there all together.

Since changing software, I am sure there are still things to straighten out for them.
