By the way that name as you know does'nt fit me.. I'm as mean as they come you just can't tell by my posts.. I'm so bad I mean to myself just to get my kicks. They just let me out of the syco ward awhile back. The tons of meds keep me mellow most of the time. And that picture on my Kentucky lic. is 26 yrs old here's a new one.. My Mom made Teri executior (sp) a few years ago, even though we have an older brother- he says..."whatever Teri decides"

I'm hoping for divine intervention. But my Moms brother (the good one)-- I asked him if I need his help, would he be willing. He said absolutley kid! I asked if he could be present at the family meeting and was told her sibblings only- unless my dad were still here.

BTW--- You guys can ask me ANYTHING!!

I spent a few years after the B.S. with P4K and then with Oyster, where I didn't post ANYTHING private on the forums. I gave up caring about what they're names are a few years ago.

hmm looks like he doesn't want to be responsible for making a decision.. pass the buck on to Teri, sorry but that doesn't seem fair either.. I know I wouldn't want to make the decision if it were my Mom.. because no matter what decision you make somebody is gonna be pissed off about it.


and I can't believe that a doctor would suggest or recommend putting a trach and a feeding tube into a person who may or may not regain conciousness..

Liz is the trach and feeding tube to keep her alive in her current condition or are they being put in because the doctor thinks there is a chance she will get better?

Lets see.... Of course miracles happen. But, (and this is from the hospital staff as well as my on experience) the Dr.'s say it's a LONG LONG LONG shot that Virginia will come out of the comotose state. They also said IF she does she will have to learn to walk and talk again.

No Dr. I know- except for my oncologist Raul Mena would tell the patient or us in this case that there is no chance. So, Teri hears .. there may be a chance!! And runs with that. Meanwhile keeping my mom on life support.

I love you, and I'll post with any new news, but this is a drag on my system beyond belief. ace ace ace ace ace ace ace ace ace

Did that answer your question. In a nutshell, if it were the Dr.'s family member- they would let them go. I ask everyone who has hands on my mom.

I'm gonna go to the hospital now to hang with her. The trac and tube are going in today. And I'm gonna say- "I don't approve!!!"

I don't think I'll be able to hang for that. Just a quickie, bless all of you!

keeping you all in my prayers,i know this is a hard decision,my brother was 42 when he passed,he was taken off life support,he would just have been like a vegetaded state,so it was for the best,i miss him so much,this brought that back,you will have to make decision right for her wishes.
