i have a question, i did ask them if i'm eligible to get too this loyality freebie. But they gave me the answer that i used on all a deposit bonus and this was more than 100% , so i'm not eligible to get one. I can check back next month. didn't you used a deposit bonus on your deposits? and if was it less than a 50% bonus? Thank you for your answers, it interest my a lot

I got the same reply when I chatted with their support, yet I have a couple of deposits with 100% bonus, and 1 with a deposit bonus of 50%. I've scoured their web page for what exactly is required to get a loyalty bonus and can't seem to find any info. I got one last month and as far as I can tell, my habits haven't changed much...I'll try support and see what the say.

I don't understand Club World Casino....If you are going to give "managers bonuses" to depositting players then included EVERY depositting player!! This is the second month in a row that I haven't gotten a dime from them and I deposit bonus free!! When this thread first came out I sent support an email and they never even bothered to reply! (I didn't want to bog down live support with an issue that could be resolved via email!)
IF you are going to give out "managers bonuses" ..... then give every depositting player a "percentage" of their deposits for the prior month!! Personally I don't give a hoot if it's $5 just as long as you acknowledge me as a "valued player"!!!!!

I totally agree with precious_woman. I used to receive them. But this month, nothing. I also ALWAYS deposit bonus free. I don't like the restrictions attached to 99% of them. I have also never cashed out a dime from any of the casinos in this group. Almost did once, but it took too long for them to make the w/d money unavailable for re-deposit.... So I ended up losing it all back to them. Oh well, Live and learn, I guess.

Sorry, I don't mean to sound so negative. Just no luck lately and even less money makes me whiney.

Wow!! You and I could be mistaken for the same player there!!! Do what I just did... I just went to live support and asked them about it because I ALWAYS deposit BONUS FREE at CW and I have NEVER gotten a managers bonus from them!! The same thing with my first withdrawal (which would have been a few hundred bucks) but it took them SO long to process my "paperwork" that I just played the money back!!! (I have since learned not to do that!)
So for anyone who has NOT recieved a managers bonus from CW... I suggest that you go to live support and ask for one. Once I asked, then I got a decent sized bonus!! (10X WR and 10X max cashout........I still didn't win!!) But it was nice to be included in the fun!
