Most of the promos are working and I can see this in the backend. Most Streakers are getting the $50 but if you are not then please email [email protected] with Attn: John and I will look after it. I can't tell why some players are not getting the bonuses until I see your username but sometimes it is due to bonus abuse or multiple accounts. If it is an error I can get it fixed.

I received the bonus no problem, but then met the playthrough and they said that I had to deposit to withdrawl so I made a deposit with my credit card. then they said that I could only withdrawl through the same method that I deposited. So then I had to open a ewalletxpress. Had to deposit into that. So now I am waiting for the ewalletxpress to make a withdrawl from my account so that I can deposit again through ewalletxpress, then I can make a withdrawl of the $50 from the "no deposit bonus" and the $25 from my deposit from my credit card and the $25 deposit from ewalletxpress. Just a mess. I wish that I would have known that it was going to be so much DRAMA. BUT THANKS FOR THE PROMO, I did play on the "free" $50 for a long time. Thanks, branandvanmom:proud
 
Hi John, thank you so much for coming by to help. You say duplicate accounts? Do you mean duplicates at the SAME Casino or having accounts at many Rivals? Because I for one have accounts at almost every Rival Casino and that should not be counted as abuse, they are different casinos....Please clarify for the members. Thanks!​

Well I have to say I don't agree with that rule, every country has a bit of a problem with bonus abusers. We do have to follow the rules they set in place. There are other casinos that would be happy to have you as a player I am sure. :hug
