Ok...Now I feel old

I was having a pretty good day ...and then the mail came. My medicare card effective in October.Yep....I'm geting up there! I really don't feel like I'm turning 65. I am very active with my grandkids, I still play basketball and softball and I'm always walking to where ever I am going.That's how I deal with stress and stress is my biggest concern I just have to tell myself all the time that nothing is so bad that I can't deal with it and not to worry about things because they will work out somehow.

If you feel young and your body is willing,age is just a state of mind.

There,I feel better already! Yes I am a nut and I love it!!I hope everyone has a wonderful,worry free day!

You are so right hon, age is just a state of mind! You sure don't sound old to me. I am 52 and I can't even walk through Wal-Mart anymore, lol. I use those electric carts. It is only a number!

Cas I totally understand, when I got my card - I won my Social Security Disability I felt soooo old.... but it IS only a number.... sounds like you're healthy and active.... keep up the good attitude! Your really special!

Liz...I would never want to go back to 20 again either. Hell,I don't think I even remember 20..Lol!!
