I was just talking to Live Support at Club World Casinos because I requested a withdrawl from last weeks N/D bonus and the max withdrawl is 250.00 however the min. is over 300.00 for ACH and wire transfer so I was asking them how I can withdrawl and they told me that the Minimum is now 100.00 for ACH or you can withdraw using pay2card which will go right back onto your card which for me is Netspend All Access. I questioned if I can withdrawl to Net Spend because they don't accept wire transfers and they said yes. Has anyone tried this yet?

I am in the process of trying it, was lucky enough to win on a bday chip, but cos its the weekend wont know till tuesday so I am crossing my fingers and will let everyone know

yes I am trying NS, it may not be till wednesday I find out tho cos isnt today considered a holiday cos New Years fell on a sunday?? I know it is where I live lol

Wow, I wish I knew about the new minimum withdrawal for ACH before I blew my holiday bonuses.

A bonus of 25.00 isn't worth much more than goofing off with, if you don't have a chance of cashing in on it.

Just like the 30% cash back at club world....... haha, max cash out is 10 times on it as well. Hummmmm 10 x my big 30% of 21.00.......lol. Maybe 70.00, no, not the minimum.............

You have to remember they are accomadating the US best as they can but the US is not the only country that plays. It may not make sense to us but it does in other countries that can cash out smaller amounts.:snwman

I am happy for you guys.............. at least you can get info and responses from CWC.

I get nothing, no deposit confirms, no hi, how are ya, no replies to e-mails.

I requested my 30% cash back, promo(in casino software) said it would be credited today. nothing, nada in my account, and no response from support. Why am I not surprised.

I got a response about the 30% but, I never ever get other e-mail. The thing is, I use to get them all the time. I haven't changed any preferences, so, I figured they were just ignoring me.

Winter let me know if it works - Thanks. I am also going to sound off here which I do not do very often. I submitted a withdrawl request last Monday for my funds to be deposited via ACH. I know that the holidays are sorta of screwing things up plus I never cashed out at any of the Club World Casinos so I had to submit my Fax box forms and copies of my ID's. This weekend it was still sitting there pending so I got a hold of Live Chat and they told me I had to re-submit a copy of my CC and license because of poor quality which to my knowledge was the first I heard of this problem. My license was very clear but my NS Card is very had to make a copy of because it is kinda of glittery light gray. I re-submitted and live chat could not tell me today if it was ok. I E-mailed them around 4:00pm today and still have not heard anything. I looked at the copy of my card a couple of times and yes it is a little hard to see it clearly but if you look close enough you can make out the numbers. I just think that this is becoming more of a hassle than needed. I know it takes 5 days for an ACH so my concern is the 5 days in effect now or do I have to wait until they approve everything and wait another 5 days?

lkvikings, once they approve everything it will go quickly. Its always the first payout that takes the longest because of the whole verification process.

Queenmap is right. I have cashed out at CWC a few times and I receive the wire within 5 days. They are very quick but the verification does take a few days sometimes, but once its done you wont have to go through it again. The holidays definately slowed things down also! ​

the $991 dollars was put onto my netspend card, but now my card is BLOCKED until I can provide some kind of proof of purchase, so I do not recommend this method
