Panatsia Casino withdrawal times.

Does anybody know why Pantasia and many other Rival casinos offer so very bad withdrawal service?? A player could have to wait 7 days before a withdrawal is processed.
I made a withdrawal on Friday and today I spoke to live support and they told me it would be processed later this week. This kind o very bad player threatment pisses me off like hell in the year 2008, almost 2009. Its not the first time either, at least 2 or 3 times before Ive had my withdrawal reversed when it wouldnt be processed until next week at Pantasia. Almost all other casinos on the net process withdrawals on weekends too.
Sure, they give free cash and so on and have great games but its no excuse for treating player like shit when it comes to withdrawals. 2-5 "working" days is a mockery these days! In 2008 people work on weekends too except, in banks for some reason, maybe they are from another planet or something?

Hope some Pantasia representative lok at this! :brrr

Well ceks .... policy is policy, and if that's there policy .... that's it! At least you only have to wait DAYS! Think of those that have to wait up to a MONTH to get their winnings.

Heck, if I deposit a check into my bank account, I have to sometimes wait 3 BUSINESS days to clear. If it falls over a weekend, then it's longer.

I don't think that waiting for the withdraw process of Pantasia is a mockery at all, nor do I think it's anything relevant to them treating their players wrong.

Soooooooo very critical .... not a good thing in life.

TRY to see the positive here ..... you played, you won, you have a pending withdraw and will get that money within DAYS. What could be better?!?

Withdrawals time could be better like at most of all other casinos...and maybe more players could be little more critical than just suck it up and no improvement will be made from the casinos side.
Its to much sucking up for the casinos nowadays...in tought times like this it shouild be the opposite.. There are so many demands on us player of documents of ,a utility bill, driving licence and photyocopies of front and back of credit cards a signature of all deposits made by a card and looong wirhdrawal times....they slow it down on purpous...its a fact.... Deposits have been handled in realtime instantly 15 year back without any security checks of the casino itself... Sure this security paper is a must and I think its good but then the casinos could offer much better service than friggin 5 working days withdrawal time in 2009. many honest casinos pay within a day or sometomed justy hours and even minutes...why is it so hard for Pantasia and more?
Ill now try to remember where I deposit to avoid these slow working casinos..

ceks79, if your a vip at any Rival they will flush your account. All you have to do is call and ask nicely. I play at all of them and i flush all the time. I then get my cashout in just 2 to 3 business days. Before i was a vip it took about 4 to 5 business days. Heck wish i had a cashout with one of them now lol. Good luck and i bet you get it sooner.:snta

But Im a so called VIP and it were flushed on Friday...hopefully Ill get it tonight and that the supports person just said later this week to be safe.... But it usually take longer when I think like that...lol Im a to positive person...dont you think??

Ceks why do you have to be so stressed about everything? I am not picking on you but just want to know why if you won and are able to cash out are you mad about the time it takes to collect? You know they time before you deposit and play so why do you play in a casino that you know will take a week to pay? I personally don't mind the wait I am grateful to have a place to play in period.

Well, I probably talk for most of all here when I think 5 working days are too long withdrawal time when you dont have any money to deposit and wanna play..even as a so called VIP after they "flush" there is still a long delay.
I understand your situation and that you are disqualified to have a neutral oppinion in this matter. I think you understand...
An I didnt remember they were so very slow....Simon Says casino handled my $2000 withdrawal within 48 hours including all paperworks a while ago, just wonder why Pantasia is so slow when they are the same except another manager.

It could be frustrating I agree. In a perfect world we would be able to get instant cashouts and that would be awesome. But in a perfect world I would also hit jackpots very often. lmao

Maybe one day Ceks....instant cashouts will be available, they have come a long way in the past years actually, we used to wait alot longer and they didnt have all these methods, was mostly checks we had to wait for!​

Actually an awesome casino like Casino Extreme have offered instant cashout for over 4 years already...and most casinos like Jackpot Factory, Grand Prive, Party Casino and iNetBet and many more usually pay within 24 hours and have done so for many years already. The past years everything have been standing still more or less...well except for some more deposit/withdrawal methods offered.

Casinos withdrawal policy just suck...when a player is confirmed as a honest non-bonus hunter and have sent in all paperworks there is no need for any delay at all. If I worked at a casino I could categorize all honest players in the casino within a day or two...then just pay without quiestions!

Then we would have the scammers who deposit once and send in forms...then mess with the software coding and cheat the casinos. Since they already are labeled as "honest"; no one checks to see if they cheated. After a while; accounting says, "Hey our numbers are screwed up! I need to audit!" They find the cheaters and we go back to 2-8 weeks of waiting; instead of mere days. Anyone with a little talent can fake ID's or Utility bills.

That is why you wait for withdraws. There are certain practices and checks that need to be made in order for the casino to keep their business safe from cheaters. Some sites have more employees and do these practices and checks quicker than others.

This is also the reason that you wait for a HUGE jackpot in land casinos. The Casino Control Commission has to come in and check the machine you won on; to make sure it wasn't fiddled with and that you are indeed a valid winner. The good news is; the casino gives you a suite to wait in!

If you have player that always deposit using NETELLER or a credit card that is approved there is no need for any delay...the person handling the cashout at the casino just need to take a quick check for a minute or two on what the player have done... They have a very good overview from their position and it a player actually could mess with the casino coding not one or two warning bells but many will alarm the casino and the casino network. It close to impossible to mess with coding... Ive never heard of it at big well know casino networks. And then after the casino person handling the cashout he/she just need to transfer the money withing a minute or two...sooo easy!
5 working days is not acceptable today! In a couple of years you will laugh to casinos that dont offer instant cashouts. Problem is that is should already be standard at most casinos....

Of course a win is great! But I totally feel ya ceks!!!

And before the gambling rules were changed, things were faster, most of the time! I think some casinos that still take our play use that as an excuse to "slow-play" our monies back.

That is one thing I agree with you on Ceks for sure. I hate the 4k per week limit. That would frustrate me so much if I won a large amont like you. I would want it all at once!​
