Streakers, many of you have signed up and tried out the games at the Genesys Gaming Casinos (Lucky Creek and Grand Eagle especially since those are the two we are offering the 33 FREE Spins at)

We would like to hear any feedback you may have on the casinos, what did you hink of the games? customer service? did you deposit? how did that go?

I played at Grand Eagle last night and today. I would like to see more video slots but the ones they have are nice. Have you tried the traditional slots? They have an interesting "feel" to them. Kinda felt like real slot machines! I like the regular diamond one.

I had 34.00 from my free spins and played quite a while on it. Had fun!

hi,i didn't play until now the free spins because of technical reasons:chaingun123.The support teem is very good and friendly,i communicated with them a lot of times..but the problem remains.At the end they send me an e mail with what to do so to be able to see what's wrong.It's a little difficult for me so left it...I liked but a lot their support,very fast,very friendly and supportive.Iiiiiifff i play in the end(if i'll be able),i'll write more...
 
I won $495 on the free spins on Trick or Treat at Grand Eagle Casino! Still working on the WR! I like the video slots, although I think you need a cable connection to get them spinning fast enough. One other suggestion: perhaps the icons for the different sections could be bigger in size in the casino lobby?
 
I have played at these 2 casinos ever since they first came out-I love them.

I play here a lot of time casino ..i know something about that....i played in grand eagle...i didn't like the games.I didn't see any bonus..!so unlucky..what to say.I would like to have more games and with no so much technical problems.If you want to tell something to them is that the support is very good but there are many technical problems and why playing no online????
i won'd deposit to grand eagle.
Iffff sometime play my bonus to luckycreek..because i played only the free spins and now doesn't work technical again I will tell my experience for this too.

I did enjoy some of the games they offer, some others were not my cup of tea, did not do very well on Trick or Treat and found it a bit too slow.

Most of the games gave me loads of small wins over and over again, but hardly any big ones.
I kept my bets small so I could at least try many different games, but never hit anything big.
I think the highest was 80x my total bet on Cosmopolitan.

The only one I found that has really big win potential was Purse the Mummy, with 5x multiplier in free spins and a wild multiplier.
I'd love to see more of these high variance games.
Another one I like was the Gladiator game, a bit like Thunderstruck but the game died on me after a few avarage wins.

Legends of Greece was also nice, gave me lots of playtime, but again, no wins worth taking screenies.
Its a fact that you just need a big win before you can fully appreciate a slotgame.

I think I'll be back one day, once I've got a healthy Neteller balance again, but concidering my luck lately, this might take a while, it has been nothing but a nightmare, no matter what software I play no cashouts at all for the past 7 weeks.

At least I'm glad there are some new places to play with new software for a change, and one day I'll get my hands on that Mummy's purse and fill my pockets, hehe..

i mainly play at lucky creek. i think the support staff there for the most part is pretty good. however, there are a few of them who do need a serious attitude adjustment. i have cashed in twice with lucky creek and have had issues both times. the first time dealt with the pending time of the cash in and the amount i was charged in fees for a bank wire. although, lucky creek was only charging me $20 for the wire, two other banks took a fee out of the wire that was sent. ach is a much better way to send money to usa players than a bank wire. most usa banks do not charge for ach transactions, but do for wire transfers. my second withdrawal i chose a check by courrier option. a fee of $30 was deducted from my withdrawal. however, when my check arrived, it was for about $268 less than what it should have been. support was great in helping me. however, i was told by the support representative that the casino would cover any fees incurred in getting the rest of the funds to me. i had just opened a quick tender account and received the funds the next day in my quicktender account. i was told by the support representative to let them know what fees i incurred and i would be reimbursed. however, it has now been over a month since the cash out and i have been informed by the representative that the cashier said they would not cover the extra fees i incurred. well, quicktender will only wire transfer funds back to you. they charge a $30 flat fee to wire funds. i then incurred another $20 charge from my bank for me to receive the wire plus a charge from the receiving bank here in the usa.
my next complaint with them is the posting of incorrect information on their website or maybe posting things a little too soon. i have moved to the next tier in their loyalty program and looked at what they posted on their webpage my rewards or benefits in reaching the enxt tier. i noticed a couple benefits or privliges that i am particularly looking forward to receiving and asked support when i may be receiving them. i was informed that is for the new loyalty club which has not began yet. i was told it would be 2-3 weeks before it launches. each time i ask supprt when the new loyalty program will be begining am hearing a different response from each and every support agent. my last complaint about lucky creek is regarding their promotions. i must say i do like some of the offers a lot. they can provide a great deal of playtime. i did notice that the playthrough on my deposit match was 40X just as it would be on a no deposit offer. the terms and conditions state that match offers are only subjected to a 20x wagering requirement. i had brought this to the support agent's attention and she checked with management and mgmt said 40x playthrough. if that is the case, it needs to be changed from their website because my playthrough on a recent 200% match bonus was $1000 more than it should have been.
i do enjoy the games, but i wish they did have more to offer.

Sorry hon, that promotion is over and the codes are no longer valid. We will be starting a new one with their other casinos soon for those that did not use the first two.
