What happens when a player wins $20k or more and is on your lower class level "Pay this player less money at a time, because they deposit small amounts" That would be absurd to get it at $500 a week or 1 1/2 weeks to be exact, And have the remaining balance put back into their casino account and have to keep requesting it over and over until the balance is gone....
I'm sure glad i can walk into a casino at Las Vegas and sit down to enjoy myself and play without the casino looking down on me because i only put $20 into the slot machine, And then when I win something to come up to me and let me know because I only put $20 into the slot machine, they're only going to pay me weekly at $500 a week, And I'll have to go back into the casino in order to request my money every week.
If anything, I'd love an apology from your establishment or even an e-mail from your casino manager, which has not responded back to my e-mails that i had to give to your casino support in order contact him.
And Daniel, I'm assuming you can still read your private messages on here so I'll send you my e-mail address. I've made a couple deposits since this incident in good faith and the fact I don't have anywhere else to play as I banned myself from the popular
RTG casinos except Intertops which is difficult to deposit into. Until i get some sort of formal apology from tom dick or harry at your casino, my deposits will cease.
Please don't take this as any sort of threat, Just a very disappointed customer that was expecting more and was treated poorly. I myself work in an retail environment "Best Buy" and i know a bit much about customer service, If your marketing team or manager would like some pointers, then let me know.
