i have not played at villento for a while,just got e-mail for 20,000 loyalty points,gee it feels like my b-day.would love to play there more,but depositing is getting harder to do.:hppdnc

Sorry to ask this here but I saw the post about getting harder to deposit and want to ask if the casinos accept a prepaid visa card . Like the card you can get @ walmart and reload. Good luck w/your points!!

They need to spread the wealth around.. was a good depositer with them but no matter what, or how much, I never got rewarded with anything?

I love Villento! They are my favorite casino so if I can afford to deposit, I do it at Villento first. Lately, I've gotten the weekly 40 spins from them for several weeks in a row, which has been awesome! Sometimes I got them at Rich Reels too. Often I've been able to win enough from the free spins to play for an hour or two on their dimes--you gotta love that! So for me, Villento has been the most generous of all the casinos, and I've gambled at nearly all of them that have offered no deposit bonuses to try them out (and I've been a depositor at many as well) for the past 10+ years. Just wanted to come to Villento's defense.
 
I don't get free spins or anything from them..but the last 3 weeks I have been getting 100% on my deposits on wednsdays. Awesome!! Although, I find my fav games are very tight there! So, my deposit plus bonus don't last but more than a half hour.

There has been so many times I have felt just like lucky6er. For years it seems like i have been depositing at this group, only to be overlooked every single week for any free spins or a generous deposit bonus. Just within the last month have I gotten the free spins twice on my Rich Reels account. I find it very discouraging to be a depositing player only to find out that a lot of people that never deposit here seem to be getting the perks. They should reward those that are regular players, it makes sense..but..(this is only my theory)...I am convinced that those spins etc..are really designed to generate more revenue by the casinos. They are targeting the people that dont deposit, and giving promos for a simple reason..they want your money. Those of us that deposit regularly , we arent sent those promos because they know that they already have our money. I truly think that this is a large part of the desicion process when it comes to awarding spins etc on our accounts. Not just this group, probobly all the others as well. I am not trying to come down on Villento really, but it would be nice for people that deposit here on a regular basis to receive a little something special from them once in a while. especially since I, personally, have NEVER made one withdrawl from this group in the 8 years or so I have been playing..I might as well call my deposits contributions !
So anyway, it you consider yourself in that group of overlooked players , do not loose hope, you never know, someday you might get a few free spins. I did a few times but only recently..also it doesnt hurt to talk with support about it, I think that might be why all of a sudden I have started receiving those weekly spins here and therel I had informed them that I was only going to deposit and play at those casinos that value their "depositing players" and until i started feelin the "value" I was going to deposit elsewhere. ..who could blame you? ...anyway just my thoughts and sorry if it seems like i am being Ms Negative LoL

I never get the free spins but I still play here and they send out these offers to dormant accounts to remind players that hey you are allowed to play here because MANY players in the US do not realize they can still play in MG. I am grateful to have a casino to play in period. These 2 casinos also NO NOT support any other forum on the net they only have contest here so I ask why don't you support that and maybe you will win a prize who knows.

They also send out weekly newsletters with promos each and every single week, that is more then other casinos do and only some offer a 10% bonus on deposits.

Villento has ALWAYS looked out for Streakers and players in the USA so they will always have my loyalty even if I do not get freebies!

BTW giving something away free is not generating revenue...lol They take a loss in that just think about how many cashout off the free spins!

I make small deposits with Villento every week but never get the weekly free spins. I contacted a customer service person through online chat and was told this is because my deposits aren't over $100. He said that in order to recieve the weekly free spins you have to deposit a total of $100 or over within a 7 day period. It can consist of one $100 or more deposit or a minimum of 5 $20 deposits. I'm not sure if this is correct as I know I've deposited over $100 in a one week period and never received the free spins....but this is what he told me.:blushstreakrockssss
 
By the way, I forgot to state in my previous post that even though I don't get the free spins - I love playing in Villento and am thankful that I have a Microgaming casino to play in at all. Living in the US makes it very difficult to gamble in Microgaming - if I didn't already have an account with Villento, I wouldn't be able to play there at all!
 
That is so not true iluv2danc4u, many people have posted they got them with very little deposits and some with huge deposits never have gotten them.
 
Judy, if u talk to live chat CS, that is what they say: "$100 in depo's in previous 7 days to qualify for free spin tuesday"
 
Question for Canadians please!

I normally use prepaid Vanilla Mastercard for other micros, and have no problems.
Any idea if Villento or Rich Reels accept these from Canadians?

andi, yup, I'm Canadian, and i ONLY use prepaid visas for my microgamings
careful, some of the new ones are wonky....mytreat, and citizensbank seem to be hit and miss, but the shoppers drugmart ones...vanilla visa prepaids no problems ANYWHERE yet for me with microgamings
