I see posted on Casinomeister they are the same software as that Grand Eagle. Genesys Technology. I would stay away from there until more is known. Sounds very fishy to me.

Again anytime you get snail mail from a new casino you have to wonder how they came across your address! Answer is no good way that is for sure, some other shady company has clearly sold your address to them, do you want to do business with that place?

I would say run run run from that casino as fast as you can.. uninstall it even faster and cut your losses.. If they are giving you a story like that, they will not pay you.
